聚脲涂料的成分與性能分析

  以下是聚脲涂料的成分與性能分析:

  聚脲涂料主要是由異氰酸酯組分和聚醚胺的組合料組成的,現有的聚脲原材料主要由MDI、聚醚多元 胺、聚醚多元醇、胺擴鏈劑、各種功能助劑、顏填料、活性稀釋劑等組成。

  Spray polyurea coating is mainly composed of isocyanate group and polyether amine compound consisting of existing polyurea raw materials mainly by the composition of MDI, polyether polyamine, polyether polyol, polyamine chain extender, each kind of function additives, pigments and fillers, active diluent.

  1、各種不同MDI對聚脲涂膜機能的影響

  1, the different influence on the performance of the polyurea coating on MDI

  液化的MDI:液化的MDI一般是4位對稱(chēng)的結構,可以增強涂膜的拉伸的強度,加快反應的速度;

  Liquefied MDI: Liquefied MDI is generally 4 bit symmetrical structure, can enhance the tensile strength of the film, speed up the reaction;

  粗MDI:因具有高官能度,可以有效進(jìn)步涂膜的撕裂強度;

  MDI-50:因有50%4位異構體,阻礙了異氰酸酯與胺的反應,可以延緩涂膜的反應的速度,加快涂膜表面的流平機能,同時(shí)降低了涂膜的拉伸強度。

  3、各種聚醚胺對涂膜機能的影響

  D-2000:相對分子質(zhì)量為2000的2官能度端氨基聚醚,可有效進(jìn)步斷裂伸長(cháng)率;

  T-5000:相對分子質(zhì)量為5000的3官能度端氨基聚醚,可有效進(jìn)步拉伸強度;

  D-230:相對分子質(zhì)量為230的2官能度端氨基聚醚,可有效進(jìn)步反應速度。

  4、各種擴鏈劑對涂膜機能的影響

  DMTDA(3,5二甲硫基甲苯二胺):可降低反應速度,進(jìn)步涂膜的流平性;

  4200:可有效延長(cháng)凝膠時(shí)間,進(jìn)步附著(zhù)力。
