Cynthia was great! She was there for us every step of the way and went well above just selling us a home. Update (selling): Lauren and her team were outstanding when it came to selling our home. They took amazing pictures of our home, ensured that all inspections were to standard, and were extremely helpful during the contracting process. We were able to close on time, which allowed for us to put an offer on a home at our new duty station. The hard work of the Military Home Search team allowed our home to sell for well over asking price, and put our home in goods hands with great buyers. 10/10 would recommend using Lauren and her team!
(Buying):Lauren was very accommodating to our needs in finding a house. Since I am in the military and was stationed in Georgia while were looking for the house, Lauren was able to send us daily updates on homes in the area. When we flew out to the Springs to look at houses in person, Lauren was able to show us a lot of homes and helped us settle on the perfect home. Lauren was able to go to all of the home inspection for us and keep us updated throughout the whole closing process. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody that is looking to purchase a home in the Colorado Springs Area.
Katlyn was phenomenal! In this tough seller's market she was persistent, knowledgeable and determined to get me into my 2nd home. Her market knowledge helped differentiate us from other buyers and when we were under contract her communication and negotiation were amazing! I highly recommend having Katyln!! This was my first time buying a home in Colorado. I will say that buying a home in Colorado is difficult if you are active duty military. However, if you are working with a persistent and diligent realtor such as Heather, the process will be easy going and the reassurance from her will be through the roof. We struggled to find a house in the beginning, but by the end we were able to get what we wanted
